I came to Dr. Nelson’s office with a lot of dental anxiety. Years of bad experiences had made even scheduling an appointment feel like a nightmare. I’d neglected my dental health for longer than I should have and was desperate to find someone I could trust. After seeing glowing recommendations in a Facebook group, I decided to give Dr. Nelson a try, and every single review was spot on.
Dr. Nelson didn’t just fix my teeth, he *saved* my smile (I refused to smile or eat in front of people without covering my mouth sometimes because of how bad they were, and was even worried they couldn't be fixed and i may need fake teeth or God knows what..). He made my teeth look brand new, and the quality of work was absolutely incredible.
From the very first call, the care and attention were obvious. I mentioned my dental anxiety, and they remembered that detail without me needing to repeat it. During my appointment, the team checked in with me constantly. First every few seconds, then every few minutes, just to make sure I was okay.
The staff is truly something special. They’re warm, patient, and genuinely family-oriented (in fact, the first two assistants I met were sisters, both as sweet and kind as can be!). The entire office feels more like visiting friends than going to the dentist.
Yes, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait to get in, but when a place is this good, it’s no surprise they’re in high demand. And to top it all off, when I had a minor issue with a crown/filling, they got me back in *the very next day* for an adjustment and didn’t stop until everything felt perfect, even with me being a little picky.
Thanks to Dr. Nelson and his amazing team, not only is my anxiety gone! I actually *look forward* to coming in. I can’t even describe how grateful I am. This office is a rare gem in every possible way!!
