We offer a 5% discount to patients without dental insurance who choose to pay with cash or check.
Office membership plans are available
For patients without dental insurance, or for those who have insurance that covers very little of their dental care, we offer membership plans. This monthly payment plan covers the cost all preventive treatments including dental cleanings, exams, x-rays, and fluoride.

What does the office membership plan cover?
The in-office membership plan covers all preventive dental procedures. This will include:
- Dental cleanings
- Dental exams
- Fluoride treatment
- Dental x-rays
How much does the in-office membership plan cost?
To cover your cleanings, exams, fluoride treatment, and x-rays, members pay monthly or yearly and do not owe any additional fees for their cleaning and exam visits. This monthly fee is automatically drafted from your credit card.
How much does it cost to come to your office?

There are many ways to protect the teeth with fluoride, including in-office fluoride varnish treatment, toothpaste, and fluoridated mouth rinses. Dr. Nelson will assess your fluoride exposure and risk of cavities and recommend a customized prevention plan for you.
